In this seminar we will discuss what a will is and what the executor’s responsibilities are, how the successor trustee interacts with a living grantor and how his role changes after the trustee dies, and when is a guardianship necessary, how is a guardianship created,  the types of guardianship, and what does the guardian have to do.
